clicking download make no effect, the only way to download a mod is joining a servers with mods

and i cant browse the mods i subscribed before

only condition related to this issue is connecting my mod.io account with steam, after that, there is a massage said i connected it with steam 3 years ago
login in my mod.io again in INS:Sandstorm may resolve it, but how to do it?

i have login in mod.io in the left-bottom corner of mods page, when i subscribe a mod of INS:Sandstorm in the web browser powered by steam client, nothing happen, when i subscribe a mod of SnowRunner in the web browser opened by INS:Sandstorm, the download started after i launched Snowrunner
