1. Clients cannot transfer fuel between any vehicle or addon when the host is on a different map.
2. Clients cannot transfer fuel in or out of vehicles belonging to the host even when the host is on the same map.
3. Client may lose the ability to transfer fuel to their own vehicle even if the host is on the same map as them, meanwhile transferring fuel to rescue vehicles from tasks works.
