There's quite a lot of contracts available at the start of the North Carolina, and 15 of them are just from the Pineline Bay Regional Administration. This is a lot to browse at once. Most of them are set on maps the player is yet to even visit. Would appreciate having most of them blocked until later, a more directed progression.
