I came back from break recently and fired up insurgency sandstorm. Ever since I got back, I have been getting disconnected from servers constantly. The game will be fine for about 2 minutes. Then the little red server icon will pop up and everyone will freeze. I suspect that anti-cheat might be picking up a false positive but I've never stuck around long enough to get booted automatically(for either loss of connection or anti-cheat). I also haven't put any new software on my PC since I came back.

I doubt this is a network issue as I have not had issues with other devices on my network or my PC itself on other applications. The game also didn't have this issue before I went on break. My network speeds are fine, nothing phenomenal but enough to play insurgency for sure.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I've taken so far:

• Re-verifying the game files

• Re-installing the game

• Re-booting the system

• Trying the game on both a wired and wireless connection

Some other useful info:

• The game does not crash but the connection to the server seems to lag out and die suddenly

• UI still works after the crash and i can return to the main screen

• Game audio still comes in(I can hear people talking on the mics and whatnot after the freeze)

• I can move in the game freely after the crash

Please help me so I can get back to traumatizing myself in this game.
