Pretty sure mods are same on both its the core engine itself that is different...but mod file structure is same as on pc

You never tried to make something under Unreal engine or unity to poke around with physic and see how it goes?
And maybe push a demo and see how it's received,i mean some people spend a lot of time modding for no return most of the time and sometimes it even bite you in a$$.
