So I haven’t played the game in about a week or so and just came back to find that my account has been reset to level 0 (just has a - next to the level)

I was over level 200 had everything unlocked why has this happened and does anyone know of a fix? If there is no fix or a solution I will 100% be deleting the game not returned I’ve invested too much time and quite a bit of money on cosmetics to be done dirty like this
