Help with new account

I bought the game for my Son and created an account in game for him but forgot to go back to his email for the confirmation....so now that email says the token has expired and he can not re-register with the same email address because it says its already used for an account nor can he as for a password reset because it also says there is no account associated with the email address....stuck in limbo here. HELP
