Recently, I read an article about Google Chrome and it's new Software Reporting Tool. It's kinda like an anti-virus program that searches your computer looking for hacks, will call them. but there's a twist. It takes the information it finds and reports it back to google. This does not sit right with me as no one should have this access to anyone's computer, EVER, especially when most don't even know about it.
Here's a link that explains how to disable it;

You can disable it, supposedly, but it keeps coming back so you have to monitor the folders. It keeps re-downloading into this folder;
C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\SwReporter
And it put the info it finds into this folder;
C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Google\Software Reporter Tool
I use a firewall, ZoneAlarm, so I keep it disabled. If you don't use a firewall you'd probably need to watch the program folder and keep it deleted.
Normally I wouldn't talk about this here but this is clearly a violation of our rights and needs to be known to everyone because this stuff is going behind our backs.
