Maybe I understand something wrong, but there doesn't seem to be enough logs to fill both lumber mills in Ridge/scavenge mode?

Two lumber mills and three scavenge locations with short logs is total 9 points? It's only half of needed 8+8? Or is the point of this mode to move all logs to lumber mills (as opposed to filling all lumber mills, which seems impossible).

Yes I'm asking this before completing the map, because I don't want to do it twice. And I'm on PS4, if it matters.

Each time you 'scavenge' logs they randomly spawn at another site, so they're infinite.
