The BB2 server is running without any problem.

How your PC is connected to your Internet modem => Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
Have you restarted your Internet modem?

@FHI-HelpDesk Ethernet, and restarting modem didn't work

This is the first time that you run BB2 or you were able to log in before?
What antivirus software do you own?

Otherwise, please provide your game log (file 'Game000.log'):

  1. Open 'Windows Explorer' or 'File Explorer' from the taskbar.
  2. Click 'Documents' under 'Librairies' or 'This PC'.
  3. Open the folder 'BloodBowl2'.

@FHI-HelpDesk no...it didn't work... first, "netsh interface ip reset" access denied. So i change the permissions of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Nsi/{eb004a00-9b1a-11d4-9123-0050047759bc}/26 to everyone, and it goes on. But after restart computer, turn on Blood Bowl 2 and popped up again "There was an error when connecting to the game server".

Please reset the Hosts file back to the default:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default

  1. Open the Notepad and copy the following text to the file:

# Copyright (c) 1993-2006 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handle within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

  1. On the 'File' menu, select 'Save as', type "hosts" in the 'File name:' box then save the file.
  2. You will be prompted to check the file name extension. Click 'Yes' to confirm that the file name extension will not be '.txt'.
  3. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the 'Run dialog box' and type the following line:

%WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc

  1. Press the Enter key.
  2. Rename the Hosts file to Hosts.old
  3. Copy or move the 'Hosts' file that you created in step 3 to the 'Etc' folder.
  4. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password, click on 'Continue'.
  5. Run the game.
