So apparently no one is allowed to have any problems with this game

Your complaints are rarely legitimate. "Help, there's no way to refill ammo" and "how do i switch weapons", "there's no way to heal other players" and "hOw dO I sWiTcH claSs tHe gaMe dOeSnT sAy" are not legitimate complaints, they are just you begging for attention.

Yes the game has several flaws, but that doesn't make your troll posts any more legitimate.

Isn't OP the same guy that trolled here a while ago saying there's no way to pick up ammo, heal others, etc?

It would be cool to have a variation with range/damage/speed.

Some kind of sledgehammer that you swing in an arc when you're surrounded or something like that would be cool.

I thought it was always like this?

I don't understand, you mean when you die you switch allegiance and try to mess up the people you've been playing cooperatively up to that point?

@Lecqrew673 Agreed. It's just such a shame there's no way to control who you play with on public games, as kicking is hidden away (and not even possible in the lobby), and kicked players can just keep rejoining over and over.

Some really irritating issues that make the game unplayable at times:

  1. Kicking a player does not ban them from the session, so they can keep rejoining and TKing as much as they want.

  2. It's impossible to kick a player from the lobby, so you have to wait until you're in-game (which means he'll TK you, and then he'll just keep rejoining if possible).

  3. When calling a kick vote in-game the interface doesn't show the player names, so you have to click/hover over the portrait (question marks for all players) in order to see who you're kicking, which makes no sense.

It'd be great if we could have these basic issues addressed, so that we can reasonably play public games without having to worry about people ruining it for us, with us being absolutely powerless to do anything.

I think exploit is the proper term.

The reason I suggest temporary invisibility (masking grenade style) is because even if you got up with full health if you were amongst a group of infected you'd instantly get pinned again. The same goes for the lurker which can actually pounce you again before you regain control of your character. If you had even 1 second of invisibility it'd give you a chance to do something to turn the situation around, rather than just instantly going down again.

Been playing the slasher class with the perk that allows you to stand up after 5 seconds of being pinned/incapacitated, and have noticed that if an enemy (particularly the creeper) incapacitates you and isn't killed (say, if you're away from your silly bot team mates) it can instantly attack you again when you get up, before you have any chance to do anything. I'd imagine it's the same case if there are a few regular infected around you. Kinda defeats the purpose of being able to get up again, doesn't it?

I think it'd be a nice improvement to add a second or two after getting up where you're invisible to all enemies, sort of like how the masking grenade works. I believe this is what L4D does.

Welcome to the internet I guess?

If private lobbies are ever implemented we won't have to put up with such crap anymore.

I was playing a match with friends the other day and noticed how easy it was to kill everyone in the exit zone (they saw the funny side of it and we won anyway) right before the map ended. Seems like it'd be a good idea to disable friendly fire on players standing in the exit zone, which would help in some cases.

It doesn't sound like you've played video games before?

If you want to know the controls, look at the controls screen.

Out of curiosity, what keys do you use to switch weapon?

posted in World War Z - General Discussion read more

No way. I'm perfectly capable of playing on the highest difficulties without high class/weapon levels, and I'm sure many others are too.

I'd rather the matchmaking system would allow you to set a difficulty preference (not a restriction), so that new players will automatically search for the default difficulty (normal or easy) or closest, and those that want to play on higher levels can.

The freezing and crashing bug is back, even with thre latest 430.64 drivers... 😞

Back? You never posted about it going away. It's like people only take the time to post when they are having problems, and never update us on when they get it working.
