@smoussie i realize that EFT and sandstorm are two very different games, i was just giving a nod to sandstorm for at least their realistic portrayal of War in regards to their damage model, EFT is actually becoming way more complicated than it need's to be,...and it is ruining the game for many, i play Sandstorm BECAUSE it is lighter fare and i can just lay back and enjoy but still feel a little hard-core vibe, i would like a couple maps that emphasize slow play a bit more maybe a "game mode" that rewards tactical play and Sandstorm will be perfect for me, its a great game.

This game has a potential to draw in the hard-core mil-sim group with simple modifications in regard's to different play style Maps and modes available, they have an unbelievable core game that in many ways "feel's" more realistic than some so-called "realistic" shooters, the developer's can have their cake and eat it to due to the fact that it appeals to the casual player as well as the hard-core ones, i hope they take it in this direction and get a bunch more player's from the mil-sim community,...that is how i found this game, i was looking for 1 other game to play when i wasn't playing Escape from Tarkov, In many way's Sandstorm is more realistic in it's portrayal of the violence of War, EFT,...not so much. Great Game that has the potential to be all thing's to all shooter's fan's.

introducing different game-modes that recognize and reward slower game-play would be awesome as well, i get the feeling the "mil-sim" community is staying away from this one because of the pace at which the map's and objective system reward faster game-play......and not slower. Balance it,...might increase your player base.

@pacalis unbelievably complicated mechanic for what could of been a simple yet beautiful "ARMA" type game where the maps were smaller, the objective would guide the game-play and it's too bad they are not introducing different modes to slow down the speed at which most people if not all are playing this game at current time, they have such a great looking and feeling game it's sad most people are just blowing by it.......but that's gamer's these day's.

@turyl ..Definitely, why not have some maps focus on "hostage rescue" or some other form of slow-play, VIP or escorting something would be great....

@cyoce why cant anyone see that that the great appeal to a game of this nature is an open-world "feel" to it, where they have more choices on how to approach every objective,.....this is so simple it makes no sense to me......lol

while running madly for the objective is great i was wondering if the Dev's plan to introduce a game-play mode that emphasizes slower more cautious movement, there is so much to appreciate in this game that a more "tactical" feel seems natural.

I think they should add a map mode that favor's slower play (a kill them all mode) without a timer, i think what is missing from this game is slower gameplay.

I really don't understand this, i have been killed more times due to entering an area i couldn't go into (then WHY have those areas????) and trying to get OUT of it, really don't understand why they would include this in a 2019 game???
