You need to click on the "View" tab in your folder (in the upper left corner) and check the "Hidden items" box.

Hi, this issue has been reported multiple times and we're asking for players having this issue to send the dump files created by this crash to the support : support@focus-home.com

The dump folder is located in C:\User\yourusername\AppData\Local\BattlefleetGothic2\Saved\Crashes

The AppData folder is hidden by default in windows, if you don't find it make sure to display hidden files and folders in windows settings.

I know it might not be convenient for you but could you possibly make a video of this issue and upload it to youtube (keep it private idealy) ? We've never encountered it before and we'd like to see it. If you can't we'll have to treat it as a "unable to reproduce" unfortunately.

Ok, you're not the only one experiencing this it seems that there might be some connectivity issues for some people resulting in the game not playing and you having an instant victory (1v1 the other player never got to the match) or defeat/victory in 2v2 (depending on who got connectivity issues, your mate or your enemies). Unfortunately we've been unable to reproduce on our end and succeeded to get matches so i think it's only a matter of luck so you should keep trying. Don't hesitate to come back to this thread to tell us if you were able to get a match or you keep having this issue over and over again.
