to be honest @Plushanubka having a 379 pt battleship with the same amount of hangar power as a 391 (custodian) pt battleship with 200 more shields 400 more hp and almost double the dps is kind of a bad deal for the latter... not to mention that when comparing to the emperor the despoiler simply craps at it even without the hangar bays
They already have 50 armor... id say nerf the torpedo to 50 armor pen rather than full armor pen and nerf the dps while buffing alpha damage... this makes DE a true hit and run faction designed to shoot and run instead of staying for extended engagements...
3x falling moon (torpedo bb) and 1x cruiser of choice (the one with torpedoes is best...) use kin crew + darkmatter + the torp thing that disables movement + an ability of choice...
Use reload stance and brawl even if they close against you.... note your AP torpedoes from can bring a BB to half health from 1 volley... meanwhile the focused fire of 3 falling moons will melt anything... also dont forget to use darkmatter

well the problem is in BFG2 attempting to catch chaos ships is almost an impossibility thanks to their high speed allowing them to dictate the terms of the engagement... how about increasing the crit chance of IN critical strike to allow better critting of engines?... one must admit that IN is sort of an underperforming faction as of the moment...

- drukhari has the highest raw dps in the game (all guns combined)
- drukhari has all prow facing weapons and therefore has a higher peak dps than broadside factions
- drukhari gets ARMOR PENETRATING TORPEDOES (which can reduce a battleship to 1/4th health in 1 volley)
- drukhari gets a FAST TURNING BATTLESHIP
- all drukhari battleships have INSANE DPS EFFICIENCY
- drukhari (being eldar) is faster than most factions
- drukhari has high boarding efficiency
- drukhari gets permastealth
- as proven by video testing drukhari can win engagements without even moving by virtue of sheer dps

note that 1000 pt fleets seems to be a good counter to drukhari and the eldar meta.... had a run with it awhile ago and DE seems alot more balanced in these situations lol...
