The problem is that currently ships with mixed loadouts are just bad. These ships OP highlights would obviously be better than much of the current IN ship roster and would make IN better overall. However I think the objective should be to make balanced fleets more competitive.
I think OP means that eldar don't use warp travel but the webway to move around, if my lore knowdledge is not outdated. Considering how tasty eldar souls are and that eldar ships have no gellar shields, it would make sense if they would not have the MWJ ablity.
I'm about 40 turns in and I'd say is fairly doable. The main thing is to not suffer loses while keeping a good pace of clearing systems. Upgraping systems is mostly low priority unless they incrase your income particularly for the second tier upg. Also keep the thred level low.
These are all fine suggestions but considering that the devs are still finishing coop campaign and balancing multiplayer neither of which will be finished by release any of this features wont happen until 1 or 2 months after the game is out and by then most players would have moved on.
