Get ready for Sinjar Bois

Pin this to both general and technical discussions and the steam forums (if it hasn't been already). I found this to be a little obscure in the general menu where the updates are posted.

Its best to not acknowledge trolls when they use flashes for that purpose. It'll suck the fun out of it since their sole purpose is to seek attention.

Can we have at least the supply truck be drivable by players? It would be nice to have a mobile resupply point instead of relying on re/spawn locations.

I've played around with how they use cover at long distances too at the shooting range. They seem to know exactly when you are reloading even if you are like 100m away from them without depleting your entire magazine. They'll pop out of cover the moment you begin to reload even though its near impossible to determing something like that at such a distance.

@pasiaks74 hes saying the ballistics are more realistic in battlefield, not the entire game in general which I have to agree. The hitscan distance is way too far in Sandstorm and BF does do a phenomenal job im mimicking how bullets actually travel irl.

I think the heavy armor does soak a few rounds, what i'd suggest is nerfing light armor and have no armor a 1 shot kill no matter the caliber (with exceptions to extremeties)

Ah, then the Pzf 3, M3, and AT4 should have arming distances but RPG-7 does not. What would be cool if there was some deflection if the projectile hits off center and missing the detonator, sending the rocket at a different angle.

RPG-7s do not have a safety distance. They go off if you hit the fuse on any solid surface. Fun fact: if you trip with a charged rocket and the tip hits the ground, you will explode.

@kanneltaja72 thanks! Could you possible link me to that thread?
