I hope that modding comes sooner rather then later. With the change in direction and a focus on a fewer modes a drive towards community content would be extremely beneficial. Especially if there's support from NWI to hold competitions for official map incorporation.
I must admit, the decision to put delay the single player / coop campaign is extremely disappointing. It's not to say the reasons aren't well thought out or sound but planned story had a unique hook. I hope that it hasn't been ditched.
I also hope in delaying that aspect you button down on cooperative systems and introduce decent basic Ai behavior. As fun as "bots" can be as a filler, for me the Ai would need to be a little more developed to have some basic group, patrol, and ambient behavior to give a bit of life and variety. Otherwise still very much looking forward to catching bullets in PvP!
Hello, what I'd like to ask is will it be possible as a server host / admin to modify variables through either in-game GUI / configs etc to modify gameplay related features such as like health, ai difficulty/amount, ammo amount, weapon / gear restrictions etc?
Yep, throwing it out there, so what / when / how can we expect modding to happen? Will you have a SDK like Squad / Ark or is there a different route you're going? Will you be exposing INS:S to blueprints or are we limited to what we can do within the framework of the game.
