I've played around 800 games, mostly against people, it seems fine to me.

You don't use separate dice on the table top. Excluding a significant amount of the dice invalidates this I feel.

@2gutta GW are doing very well commercially the last thing they'd want is a game they're associated with handed over to the general public, they're awful.

Gnoblars being replaced with tiny penises would happen within a week, Nazi themed uniforms quickly as well.

Why would Dorfs have a shorter turn timer? Are you one of these nutters who things they're OP and not a difficult team to position well?

It's an interesting concept, but unless it was on a match by match basis, and assigned to individual coaches I don't see how this would work. Far too micromanagey with little payoff imo I imagine it'd be difficult to implement too.
