I have to say that it really felt underwhelming in my battle against abbadon, and those chaos structures really didnt make it fun, i believe it would have been better if it was just empty space with maybe some defense platforms and;or space stations.
the allies we get during the campaign should have showed up somewhere in the middle of the conflict, which brings me to the final issue.

when i was fighting abbadon and the vengeful spirit i destroyed it so fast, i had the macrages honor with me, that i believe there was at least one missing dialogue while i had to manually press next on yvraines dialogue AFTER abaddons ship was destroyed with abbadons dialogues missing as well i believe.

the ending needed at least a huge interactive cinematic space battle like the end of the prologue with the silver dawn, this cutscene could be activated after abbadons ship hit a certain amount of health. and spire and abbadon, and maybe some other minor character to bring more life to it, shouting dialogues at each other in order to make the ending more epic like the first bfg armada, whose ending was quite epic.

and it goes without saying that the battles still felt small, some additional NPC allies would have been nice too.

so there is this solar system controlled by orks that is about get get invaded by necrons in 1 turn (invaded from outside the map) and the orks got 2 reasonably big fleets plus a space station and turrets, but one of these ork fleets is about to attack one of my systems also in 1 turn, weakening their defenses against the necrons. even though im about to benefit from such a mistake i would like it more that the orks where able to cancel their attack on my system and be able to defend their own.

my suggestion would be that if an AI faction is about to be attacked in 1-2 turns it would cancel any other attacks and defend their own system if their strength points are roughly equal to the attacking strength points.

regarding the spore field.
im playing on the imp campaign and i can say that they work like an asteroid field, where if you move they deal damage and if you dont nothing happens + you get stealth

In the Agripinaa sector it says that i have 13/14 planets, even though i dont see any and i have systems under my control.
could this be because of a story mission i havent unlocked yet or is it because im about to suffer an invasion from pirates?

on the imperial campaign when your planets has defensive turrets for some reason the scans do not work.
i pressed the scan ability on everyone of them when the enemy ships where in its range but nothing happened, not even a marked, also doesnt mark the units that have already been revealed.

Currently it seems better to board an enemy vessel and hulk it than to shoot it, i suggest to increase all weapons damage instead or buff every ships troops, at least the last red troops you have, where you can still reduce the ships total efficiency without hulking it. and with buffing the defending troops, the attacking boarders could do some hull damage as well to avoid them being totally redundant.

Otherwise this game will turn into BFG hulking armada.
