I’ve gone as far as deleting my antivirus and turning off my firewalls completely to see if it would resolve the issue, but to no avail. Reinstalling the game, restarting my router, running tracerts, and flushing the DNS did not help. A while back, I added “127.0.0.1:8888 www.sandstorm-interactive-api.newworldinteractive.com” to my hosts file, which dramatically improved my chances of logging in. Eventually, however, I took it out to test if the login would now get better without that change. Now, there is no difference whether I have that in the hosts file or not. I’m still getting a lot of login inconsistency. I've also tried all the basic Windows troubleshooting steps. I'm not able to get a refund of the game, so I'm looking for any help I can get.

Before I forget, I found out that my authenticator IP keeps changing every time I try logging into the game, which could be the root of the issue.

My game will be stuck at the logging in screen for a while, and I'll eventually be notified that I'm not able to log into the New World services. I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my computer, restarting my router, and turning off my firewalls, but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
