A Plague Tale: Innocence is a brand new action-adventure game developed by Asobo Studio and published by Focus Home Interactive for consoles and PC!

The game has been unveiled in February 2017 to international video game press at What's Next de Focus, the Paris event showcasing games currently in production at Focus.

“Collaborating with Focus Home Interactive on a new, original creation of our team is a major step in the development of our studio" says Sebastian Wloch, CEO of Asobo. “For this ambitious project, we needed the full support of a strong and growing publisher. The Focus team, through their professionalism, enthusiasm and openness, have naturally established themselves as the ideal partners to bring the experience we wish to offer to players.”

"It is a great pride for Focus to accompany Asobo on an original creation of the studio" says Cédric Lagarrigue, president of Focus Home Interactive. “This new signature confirms our results and know-how on the support of talented independent studios such as Dontnod, Deck13, Giants Software, Cyanide, New World Interactive and Larian on increasingly ambitious projects worldwide. There is a real upscaling of our catalog and A Plague Tale: Innocence will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the next years of Focus.”

A Plague Tale: Innocence will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

GreedFall is the latest RPG from Spiders, currently in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Revealed at "le What's Next de Focus" event in February 2017, GreedFall unveiled a first teaser trailer, hinting at the 17th century setting of the game and its ambiance embedded in magic.

Youtube Video

As showcased in the trailer, Greedfall aims for a very unique visual identity, inspired by Baroque art from 17th Century Europe, depicting grandiose scenery in muted warm colors and dark undertones.

Explore a fresh new world as you set foot - alongside many other settlers, mercenaries and treasure hunters - on a remote island seeping with magic, rumored to be filled with riches and lost secrets.

A grand journey filled with mystery follows, as you find yourself in the middle of ever-increasing tensions between the invading settlers and the locals, protected by supernatural beings, manifestations of the island’s earthly magic.

With a strong focus on its core RPG identity, GreedFall follows Spiders' experience in building intricate worlds filled with mysteries to discover, weaving deep character interactions, and offering players great freedom to achieve quests and objectives in a multitude of different ways – through combat of course, but also through diplomacy, deception or stealth.

The island of GreedFall is a living, ever-evolving world. Your actions, from seemingly trivial choices to the most important political decisions, will influence and affect its course as well as the relationship between the different factions established on the island.

"With GreedFall, Spiders is happy to renew its collaboration with Focus Home Interactive, our publisher for many years. The relationship of trust and transparency we have been developing together makes us particularly confident about the creation of this new project, more ambitious than all our past productions.
Few publishers have the ability to support totally distinctive games like GreedFall and this secures us in our belief that we will manage with Focus Home Interactive to make this experience in a brand new universe both unique and unforgettable"
Jehanne Rousseau, CEO of Spiders.

"We are happy to once again support the studio, directed by Jehanne Rousseau, in a new collaboration. If Spiders’ titles could have divided gamers in the past, they are gathering a bigger and bigger audience that enjoys the studios approach to the role-playing genre, allowing Spiders to improve game after game.
Through this new collaboration, the studio will have more means to fully achieve its ambition. Thanks to its theme, its universe and its promise, Spiders’ GreedFall will be a game to closely follow for RPG lovers"
Cédric Lagarrigue, President of Focus Home Interactive.

GreedFall is planned for release in 2018. Stay tuned on social networks not to miss any future announcement!

Focus Home Interactive and Rogue Factor to adapt Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 cult classic, Necromunda: Underhive Wars

After a successful first collaboration on Mordheim: City of the Damned, released on PC and consoles, Focus Home Interactive and Rogue Factor proudly announce a new partnership with Games Workshop to begin development of Necromunda: Underhive Wars, the adaptation of cult classic tabletop game Necromunda, set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Necromunda: Underhive Wars is a turn-based tactical RPG. Rival gangs of ruthless warriors are locked in an endless war for control of the Underhive, a gigantic warren of derelict factories, rusted metal husks, and forgotten technologies. Anarchy, violence, betrayal and death rule this hellish place, long forsaken by any semblance of civilization.

"Rogue Factor's collaboration with Focus and Games Workshop is a story of trust, hard work, and true passion for the Warhammer Universe. Our adventure began by building the foundations of Mordheim: City of the Damned Early Access.
Regarded as a highly successful and well-executed endeavour, the Early Access of Mordheim: City of the Damned gathered a vast number of passionate gamers that helped foster an amazing community and improved many aspects of the game. After a strong launch on PC and consoles, and an incredible experience with many lessons learned, the way was paved for our next step in conquering the tactical RPG genre: Necromunda: Underhive Wars.”

Yves Bordeleau, General Manager at Rogue Factor.

“We are delighted to welcome Necromunda: Underhive Wars to the catalogue of great games based on our worlds and settings. Rogue Factor and Focus Home Interactive made a wonderful Mordheim: City of the Damned game and having done such a great job they're clearly the right people to realize the nightmarish world of Necromunda.
Now fans of this unique and highly influential IP will at last be able to pick up their stubber and search for cool archaeotech whilst wiping out rival gangs throughout the Underhive.”

Jon Gillard, Head of Licensing at Games Workshop.

Greetings Librarians,

In order to help us to locate and fix bugs, please include the dump files and DxDiag in your report. Try to give us as much details as possible about the issue and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots are also welcome.

Dump files

First, you must enable the visibility of “Hidden Folders” in your Windows settings. You can find how to do it on Google.

Then, go to "C:\Users\CURRENTUSER\AppData\Local\SpaceHulkGame\Saved\Logs" (replace "currentuser" by your User Name on your computer). If you crashed, the game automatically creates a folder that you can compress into a .zip (or .rar) file and attach in your post.

DxDiag

  1. Press the WINDOWS key (bottom left)
  2. Type DXDIAG in the Search Bar and click on the corresponding program

A diagnosis will be executed then. After it's done, click on "Save all information" and save the DxDiag as text file (.txt).

After that, all you need to do is to compress them into a zip file (with the Dump files) and attach it to your post here with a detailed description of your crash.

@uk_spawn said in Framerate Problems Irrespective of Options/Settings:

Do you acknowledge you have performance issues with the game, or do you class it as " working as intended"?

If any of you still encounter performance issues, it's clearly not "working as intended".

The main priority of the optimization update a few months ago was to fix the most alarming issues. Crashes and very low performances (<10FPS) were the priority.

But fixing technical issues and improving the performances is not finished and we're sorry to see some of you having trouble running Space Hulk: Deathwing. There will be a new optimization update in the coming months. It's planned in the development process of the Enhanced Edition.
