So here is a little something I came across yesterday. When I empty a clip, the bolt/slide locks back, but when I try to do a combat reload, before the character inserts a new mag, the bolt/slide is released automatically and the weapon is immediately ready to fire without really chambering a round. When doing the tactical (normal) reloads, it seems to do just fine.

Attached are two links (I couldn't upload here since the videos breached the upload limit) to videos of me firing the Alpha AK and the M1911 pistol, but the bug seems to happen to every weapon in the game.
