In Tutorial Level (CL744301), aiming downwards whilst being unarmed had a floating arm model in the floor.
This was not reproducible but I still managed to take a screenshot.
Screenshot was taken at [2019.01.14-11.23.56], if any information in the .log before that time can provide an answer for you.
