Reserve banner space during initial page display

At the top of each forum page is the forum section banner and the social media buttons... my suggestion is this: in your CSS have the height of the banner reserved right from the start of the page display rather than having it only appear after the banner loads, which can be several seconds later.

The reason for this is in certain forums (the Blood Bowl 2 forum for example) the pages load quickly enough for us to start looking at thread names, scrolling down, etc... then suddenly everything is pushed a few hundred pixels down when the banner catches up to the rest of the page. It's... annoying and disruptive to the flow of use.

Thanks!
